A fantastic spot on the port of La Flotte, superb food from start to finish, a young, dynamic, professional, and very friendly team, and the little dog that goes with it!! We had a wonderful time. Places like this are rare and therefore deserve a glowing review!

Absolutely top notch for food and service. The manager was very attentive, kind and made our meal memorable. The Hugo spritzes were superb and the food a delight (we had the specials of the day). A fantastic restaurant with great service.

Excellent welcome and service. The chef's cuisine is superb and inventive (especially the octopus dishes). I highly recommend it.

We loved our lunch at this seaside restaurant. The view is magnificent, but above all, the welcome was lovely and very attentive (especially to our baby). We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Absolutely perfect! We'll be back often!

The daily special was original and very good, and you definitely didn't leave hungry. Very welcoming service. The prices were a bit high, like many restaurants on the island; the sea view comes at a price...

A truly excellent restaurant, a real departure from the usual fare. The service was top-notch and the dishes were bursting with flavor. The local white wine was the perfect accompaniment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

18/07/2026: A truly excellent meal at Jean Marc's (new name)! Fresh, homemade products! A real treat! And very reasonably priced too. A friendly, quiet atmosphere away from the crowds. Thank you also for your kindness and attentiveness.
30/06/2026: Our third visit over three holidays to ile de re and is a must for us, as it has been the best meal we have had on each trip. Only a short walk from the campsite, so don't miss out on this hidden gem. Quite a small menu with well-cooked home food served with a smile. Check out the opening times, before visiting.
