A wonderful dinner with my partner. We had a dandelion salad for two, served in small portions on separate plates, which we really appreciated. My sweetheart then ordered the kidneys, the daily special, and I had the fish; we continued to enjoy our meals. And to finish, I had the citrus dacquoise for dessert: absolutely divine! It had been ages since I'd had dacquoise, and it was the perfect ending to the meal. We both enjoyed the wine pairings as well. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely time!

28/12/2025: A must for lovers of fine wines and excellent market cuisine! A legendary place! The setting is sublime, and the service is equally so! :) The next generation seems to be doing a fantastic job! :) A big congratulations to the whole team!
14/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, if not the best in Nancy. The staff is just like the owner: friendly and attentive. They know their menu, their dishes, and their products inside and out. The owner himself acts as sommelier and perfectly answers every question. A curious and friendly spirit, not to mention the excellence on the plate. You're transported to a world of culinary fantasy. Undoubtedly true professionals. For us, this is an absolute must in Nancy. Go there without hesitation. From Bretons passing through, wishing the crew fair winds... Thank you for spoiling us!
