28/08/2024: A gastronomic institution in Pyla A chic and worldly café ideally located, this place with its welcoming decor is timeless. The menu is varied with affordable menus (if you don't fall into the trap of "extras"...we can't repeat it enough: a menu is a menu, the extra is à la carte...)! The unmissable egg mayonnaise with truffade is offered with toasted olive bread, a delicacy worthy of a place on the podium at the world championships. We continue with a lacquered place and its tabbouleh which takes you with its tomato juice into the thousand sweets of the Orient. Around me we feast on local oysters, Landes poultry or stuffed guinea fowl. Tasteful and very good, in traditional dishes. Finally the desserts finish the feast of its dishes served with generosity, a Pablova or a Paris Pyla which the gourmand cannot resist. After so many good taste memories and the kindest service, we will definitely come back, hoping however that the offer on the draft beer menu will have evolved to attract fans of the region's brewers!
