We came in October for one night; the welcome was excellent and the place was very pleasant. I recommend it 100%.

A lovely hotel with a wonderful welcome. As a disabled person using a manual wheelchair with a rigid frame, I appreciated the provision of a wheelchair with folding footrests, allowing me to use the elevator without any problems. The accessible room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom and a comfortable bench for transferring to and from the shower. I was even offered a shower chair for added stability. Fantastic! A great little stay without any difficulties related to my situation. Many thanks to Emilien for his attentiveness and kindness. See you soon.

We've stayed at Les Platanes several times. The rooms are bright, very pleasant, very clean, and the kitchenette is very practical. The welcome is very friendly. The proximity to the village center is appreciated. A plus is the regional products sold at the hotel!

I go there regularly (4 times in 4 years) to ride my motorcycle in Ardèche, Cévennes, etc. The rooms are nice and the prices are reasonable. You're welcomed warmly, and there's a secure garage for your motorcycle. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the location because it's right on the N102, and people drive like crazy. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm being honest in my post.
