Les Platanes sur Thueyts

A lovely hotel with a wonderful welcome. As a disabled person using a manual wheelchair with a rigid frame, I appreciated the provision of a wheelchair with folding footrests, allowing me to use the elevator without any problems. The accessible room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom and a comfortable bench for transferring to and from the shower. I was even offered a shower chair for added stability. Fantastic! We've stayed at Les Platanes several times. The rooms are bright, very pleasant, very clean, and the kitchenette is very practical. The welcome is very friendly. The proximity to the village center is appreciated. A plus is the regional products sold at the hotel!

I go there regularly (4 times in 4 years) to ride my motorcycle in Ardèche, Cévennes, etc. The rooms are nice and the prices are reasonable. You're welcomed warmly, and there's a secure garage for your motorcycle. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the location because it's right on the N102, and people drive like crazy. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm being honest in my post.

After spending 8 months here in the last year, I can only congratulate myself on choosing this hotel. Clean apartments with everything you need, well located. But above all, an exceptional welcome from the manager, as well as availability to resolve your problems. For this price range, I have never found better.

The hotel is quiet and well located. The apartment we rented for two nights was spacious and clean. The welcome was very friendly. Shaded parking right in front of the hotel. A view of the Devil's Bridge is a 5-minute walk away. The village of Thueyts is worth a visit, with several restaurants and shops nearby; no need to move the car. We will be back.

Second one-night stay in a double room after a first one-night stay in an apartment: Well, everything was perfect! And that's why we came back. Super clean room, very well equipped with air conditioning, very well soundproofed, completely new and with many little touches. So in the end: we slept really well (top-notch bedding) and we were welcomed by attentive staff! As a bonus, we found highly sourced regional products in the small shop in the hotel lobby. In short, a PERFECT stay and a special mention for the high-quality breakfast! Thanks to the whole team!
