If you're looking for something pretentious and ostentatious, look elsewhere. This restaurant is a reminder that the word "restaurant" includes the verb "to restore," and you won't be disappointed here. The appetizer and dessert buffets are simple yet homemade, with perfectly balanced and high-quality seasoning. The menu is small, but the dishes are homemade and very generous. I ordered an andouillette sausage, and it had been at least five years since I'd had one cooked so perfectly. The icing on the cake is the price: a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert, and coffee) will cost you less than twenty euros. This restaurant is a model to follow: down-to-earth people who are there to feed you without breaking the bank.
