Excellent lunch today. Duck confit and a "perfect" egg that truly lived up to its name. A whole trout, perfectly cooked and seasoned. And a warm welcome. Worth discovering in winter or summer (on the terrace or inside).

18/11/2025: A superb experience. Refined cuisine with surprising flavors. The dessert, with its improbable "coffee/porcini" flavored ice cream, was a delight. I highly recommend it.
