Nous avons été déçus par ce restaurant.Je dirais que c’est un restaurant chaleureux mais Le gérant étant seul à servir, nous avons beaucoup trop attendu… Concernant les assiettes des plats principaux nous avons trouvé qu’elles étaient peu garnies et mon mari a été très très déçu par son confit de canard qui était sec comme c’est pas possible. Quel dommage… Surtout à ce prix ! Nous trouvons que les menus sont chers pour ce que nous avons mangé.

Typical restaurant of the region. Jovial and friendly welcome and service. Very good local cuisine, simple and delicious. Restaurant open all year round with very good local products. A must if you travel through the Dordogne. Very good address. Little LOUIS.

We had dinner on the terrace (2 adults, 2 children). The welcome was simple and pleasant and the service was just as simple, the boss takes the time to chat with his customers. The dishes are tasty, truly homemade (and that's a pleasure). A special reward for the soft hazelnut/chocolate dessert which is simply delicious. Highly recommended address.

The welcome and service are provided by the gentleman and the cooking by the lady. Both are quality. We had a good evening.

Let's not exaggerate either. OK restaurant, Sunday evening, sad atmosphere, without music or the slightest decoration (tablecloths, or lights, etc.) on the tables, with the noise of the (numerous) cars passing 10 meters from the terrace (background music would have transformed the atmosphere, and I understand that we can't do anything about the traffic nearby). Two people (very nice) serving around ten tables, waiting 20 minutes to order a drink. Menu at 35 euros with 8€ extra for a semi-cooked foie gras, too small a piece of duck breast (IGP) and a few new potatoes and no other vegetables: the portions are (become?) simply too small for the price. Only one option of wine by the glass and we don't know what it is (just the region - Bergerac), it already comes in a glass, but in any case it was not good. If you don't have to watch your spending, go ahead, it's okay. If a meal at €45 per person is a rare pleasure for you, don't go, you deserve better.

Dans un joli cadre, simple, espacé et sans chichis, la chef et son mari vous proposent une carte qui sent la fraîcheur et la cuisine simple. Simple, mais pas simpliste ! Derrière quelques valeurs sûres, il y a des risques comme cet œuf parfait sur sa crème de parmesan ou ce dessert tonitruant tellement son équilibre est parfait : le moelleux aux noisettes. Un superbe équilibre qui étonne d’autant plus de par une chef autodidacte ! Le niveau culinaire est élevé, sans prétention et avec simplicité et bonne humeur. Chapeau l’artiste !
