It was my second time, and I might as well tell you that we were left hungry, but with prices that were well stuffed.
At 121 euros/person for the tasting menu with food and wine pairings, we left more stuffed than satisfied.
the quantities were not worth the price we paid, even if it was good. Citing the example of the two very small langoustines served in this huge dish. So it's on us not being there for this stuffed, but there is a limit.
We feel that the chef is being snubbed. Too bad it was an ambitious semi-gastronomic restaurant, it has become a pompous and expensive restaurant.
The stars fell this week and it looks like they didn't land with the chef. A word to the wise....

Good experience, top service with very pleasant servers. However, the price-quality ratio is not great. Tastes and colors, of course, and service cannot show the overall quality of a restaurant. The tasting menu was good but expensive for what is presented. The cheese plate is good but very poorly presented for my taste.

Very nice, subtle and excellent. Everything works either as a mixture or as a single on the plate. Awakens the taste buds just by the eye. I loved it and will come back hoping to grab the table in the little alcove.

This is my favorite restaurant, which is delicious every time I visit. The 6th flavor is effective, and you can feel the hidden flavor that takes advantage of each ingredient. I also ordered a take-out dessert, so it was still delicious and gentle on my palate the next day.I also bought the recipe book, so I'm going to try making it at home.
