The originality of "P'tits Ventres de Terre" is to serve Vendée-inspired dishes in clay pots or based around Vendée brioche, in particular desserts which reinterpret tiramisu or profiteroles.
This identity makes the restaurant friendly, just like the team in the dining room or in the kitchen.
The cuisine remains rather simple, more focused on form, and often uses local products.
The prices are contained and the choice of wines or beers is of quality.
In the end, this house is welcoming, with a real culinary identity, and this, at a price accessible to all. Good choice, no fuss!

First time, but certainly not the last at p'tits Ventres de Terre!
We are already welcomed with a smile! The first person took the time to explain to us the concept of the restaurant as well as the menu (despite the fact that my partner and I are from Vendée, we were completely wrong about our knowledge of traditional dishes 🤣😅) then the second waiter was just as friendly and smiling!
Then, we take our seats in a perfectly decorated room! If you look, he has terracotta and little pots everywhere! It's perfectly well balanced, it's not too much and it gives a very pleasant "easygoing" atmosphere!
And then we were served! The service is fast, which is very appreciable. And the dishes... Olala! In addition to being really beautiful, they are delicious!
I let myself be tempted by the prefou stuffed with shrimp, the flavors burst in my mouth, it was a delight! For the main course, I opted for a duck parmentier which was served in a charming little terracotta pot! It adds charm!
I followed the server's advice by pushing the spoon into the bottom of the pot, to have all the layers to taste at the same time and well it was again a treat!
But, as a big fan of sweets, my special mention goes to the salted butter caramel Briochine. I have no words, just thinking about it makes me taste it! It was killer! The briochine was perfectly cooked, soft and not dry at all and the salted butter caramel was delicious!
Finally, we had the chance to meet the chef (also the owner?) when paying, who wanted to know if we liked it. We were therefore able to give him direct feedback on our very good experience.
This all makes my mouth water! I can't wait to go back!
