Family trip with my mother and daughter. We loved the food, especially the cassolette de st jacques a la nantaise. We also tried the escargot, oysters and fish and chips. Everything great

The food was decent. The service was very average; the waiter barely moved, and you had to help him clear the table by passing him plates and cutlery. It's advertised as an "air-conditioned restaurant," but it's like a sauna when it's hot. It was very unpleasant to dine in such heat.

We were at table 103. We had a very kind young waiter (Métis) with a great sense of humor; it's nice to be served by such a lovely waiter.

04/06/2026: Excellent stay at this hotel! The reception staff were welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The food was delicious, with attentive and efficient service. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which was varied, plentiful, and made with high-quality products. I highly recommend this establishment and would gladly return.
03/06/2026: The hotel is very well located for visiting Futuroscope. The family room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could perhaps be updated.
