Les remparts sur Aigues-Mortes

We spent one night in this hotel and highly recommend it. Ideally located, the room was lovely and the bedding incredibly comfortable. The spa area is a real bonus; we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it.

A truly beautiful establishment that we wholeheartedly recommend. The rooms are particularly well-designed: comfortable, well-maintained, and offering high-quality amenities. We loved the balance between contemporary style and the authentic character of the place. The combination of modern elements with the stone walls works wonderfully, giving the whole place a charm steeped in history, while remaining elegant and modern. The subtle reminders of the building's Christian origins also add a very touching depth and identity. Breakfast was a real treat: generous yet refined, featuring top-quality products, with attention paid to both taste and presentation. The location is ideal, at the entrance to the city and in the heart of the walled city, allowing you to fully enjoy the historical setting while remaining easily accessible. We also particularly appreciated the warm welcome and highly professional service. You can feel the genuine attention to detail, right down to the little touches in the room, which make the stay even more enjoyable. The family atmosphere is immediately apparent and gives the place a real sense of character. Finally, we were genuinely impressed by the history of the owners' family, which adds another dimension to the experience. A place where heritage, contemporary elegance, and hospitality come together in perfect harmony.

Absolutely fantastic. Dog-friendly. Great location. Everything is just perfect here. It even feels a bit like the prayer we had in France.

Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which is a real plus. However, there were a few drawbacks: the room was poorly insulated from outside light in the morning, which woke us up at 6:00 a.m. Another somewhat surprising point: at 9:00 p.m., the hotel lights were turned off as we were finishing our tapas. We ended up in near darkness, with the explanation that it was "an order from management." A pleasant hotel overall, but some details could be improved to make the experience more comfortable.

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived at this magical place! We received such a warm welcome, and Jean-Christophe was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything here is pure luxury, tranquility, and pleasure. The decor is magnificent, with exquisite taste. The breakfast served in our room was fantastic, refined, and excellent.

A wonderful experience at the Hôtel des Remparts. We had a truly enjoyable stay from beginning to end. The location is ideal, just steps from an entrance to the ramparts, close to the tower, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful. The staff is attentive, and the room was superb, comfortable, and well-maintained. The spaces like the pool and spa are perfect for relaxing. We were traveling with our dog, and the welcome he received was particularly appreciated—you can tell that everything is designed with dogs in mind, which isn't always the case. The breakfast is excellent, with high-quality products, and we also really enjoyed having a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Special mention goes to the tapas, which showcase a great collaborative approach with local artisans and restaurants. A place where you simply feel at home. We will gladly return.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. No restaurant, but a bar with a wide selection of tapas (sourced from nearby restaurants). A minor drawback is the pool; although it's there, private, and very cute, it's in the middle of the hotel, so you have to walk through the bar area in your bathrobe. The suite was magnificent and very well laid out. Breakfast was plentiful and featured fresh products; everything was delicious. A superb experience; we will be back.
