Les Remparts sur Eze

Beautiful view and very tasty food. Went there spontaneously and were able to quickly get a spot. It was definitely worth it.

We had lunch with my husband at the ramparts last Friday. Came without reservation, the maître d' was great and found us a table near the edge with a great view!! We had a great time, top service!!! I recommend. thanks to the whole team

The view is overwhelming however the good is even better. The fried prawns and Prawns with pasta were the best dishes we ate in the SOF.

Coming on September 17 for our wedding anniversary, we had lunch at the ramparts, where we enjoyed an exceptional view. An excellent meal (fish crudo, confit lamb shoulder and linguine with prawns), a big thank you to Maxime the sommelier for his valuable help. In short, a meal in a magical atmosphere, thanks in particular to our server Ismael and the director and his humor. Many thanks, we will come back

Very beautiful, tasty, romantic restaurant. Fell in love with this place!

Food was good…but not great. Food from generic restaurants can rival that of Les Remparts. We ordered and eggplant starter, veggie risotto and Prawn/escargot linguini. The eggplant and risotto was nothing special. The prawn/escargot linguini was lacking both Prawns AND Escargot. Pick another restaurant nearby and save your money.

Les plats sont vraiment délicieux. C'est Arnaud Faye, chef du restaurant étoilé qui pilote la cuisine. De même les pâtisseries sont du chef pâtissier. C'est très cher (25€/verre de vin) mais il y a un quelque chose de plus que dans un restaurant classique. Ex : filet de bar aux agrumes. La cuisine est au top niveau. On sent que c'est grand chef à la manœuvre. Le service est professionnel et sans aucune faute. La encore ça change des serveurs qui travaillent dans la plupart des restaurants. Ici, on voit qu'ils ont fait une école d'hôtellerie. Il y a même un sommelier. Tout est bien organisé et cadencé. De plus, tous parlent bien anglais, ce qui est rare en France. Enfin, la vue est spectaculaire ! Pour tout ça, je pense que ça vaut la peine d'y mettre le prix car c'est un moment qui sort de l'ordinaire. On est presque sur du niveau étoilé selon moi.

Back in June 2023, we came for lunch rather than dinner so we can still have lights to admire the view. The view is spectacular. The service was good. And food was also good but not as spectacular as the view. We made reservation and requested the best view and we were honored that request which was very much appreciated. Thank you!
