Les Remparts sur Arnac-Pompadour

We really appreciated the welcome and the food at this restaurant. A place to remember!

While traveling by bike, I stopped at this brasserie for lunch. The welcome was pleasant, with a server chatting with his customers, the service was fast, and the meat was of very good quality. Despite the busy crowd, the service was excellent, and there was a lovely view of the Château de Pompadour. You can also enjoy ice cream at the takeaway service located right next to the brasserie.

Too bad to pay extra for fries....

Contrary to what I have already read, I found this brasserie very pleasant, they took us despite the people meaning reservation, the service was fast, on the terrace, and the food although very simple (but it is a brasserie we must not forget that!!!) was good as one might be able to expect for the price! The waitress was pleasant, smiling, and available despite the rush, the place gives a pleasant view of the castle, shade on a small square! It was a pleasant moment.

Very friendly welcome, at my request I was seated on the terrace even though it wasn't planned. Delicious porcini omelet with generous pieces. Excellent apple "fleignarde". To remember.
