27/12/2025: Generous portions showcasing local produce and homemade dishes. A warm welcome, and yes, dogs are welcome, even large breeds! Quick service, affordable prices, and a cozy atmosphere with a wood-fired oven in the middle of the dining room. Well done and thank you!

18/02/2026: We stayed at the Hotel L’Escapade in Beuil a bit last minute, it wasn't planned… and what a lovely surprise! The owner is hilarious, quirky, and incredibly kind, as is her husband. We immediately felt at ease. The hotel is very well maintained, charming, and tastefully decorated. It was a real pleasure to discover this place. Plus, it's ideally located next to the Valberg ski resort. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back!
