Un peu de folie et d’arrogance pour pimenter le tout. Décoration triste, personnel éteint et plat sans surprise. Expérience expéditive, une heure pour dîner… Ambiance vraiment froide sur tous les points. La fantaisie et l’harmonie sont vraiment manquantes pour une table de femme que je me faisait un plaisir de découvrir.

Very nice modern atmosphere, great food in the Decouvertes menu. Wine accompaniment ok, but not spectacular. Also not very advertised by the not overly friendly waiter. It's not very empathetic to answer in English when you speak reasonable French just because you're obviously a tourist. Overall, a successful restaurant visit

Congratulations to the chef for his perfect cuisine. Be careful with the service because there are some moments of inattention among guests. Your wine list should be completed to be more diverse and extensive.

One of the most amazing dining experiences of my life. The food, plating, ambience, service and over all dining was out of this world. The apricot dessert made me stop and ponder about all things beautiful in this world .. absolutely exquisite

Great restaurant. The foie gras was amazing!!! Duck breast too. Very small wine list, but St. Emilien is always there!

Peu d’inventivité et peu savoureux pour un étoilé Intérêt particulier sur le fromage ( crémeux de brebis est une bonne surprise ) Le cadre et la déco sont froids L’accueil est très agréable

09/01/2025: The only way to open up your taste buds is to eat delicious food. Every black truffle-themed dish here amazes me. Looking at the busy boss and proprietress in the restaurant reminds me of the early days of my own business. I believe that every dish is infused with their passion for life. love. If you have the opportunity to come to Biarritz one day, you must follow my footsteps and give it a try!

24/08/2024: We very much enjoyed dinner here. The man who helped us, I assume the owner, was AWESOME. We have very limited French so we met with Spanish and it was great. He recommended our dinner and it was delicious. We have Veal, salad and potatoes. The wine was also very good. With his recommendation we received a very good meal. Close to the airport and the best western hotel where we stayed. We walked after a long travel day.
21/08/2024: Good simple food, very friendly service and great atmosphere. Excellent welcome from the boss.
