Les Sables Rouges sur Bastia

Fine for an overnight stay due to the good connection to Bastia. Not recommended for longer stays. Few shaded areas and very, very noisy due to a busy road and the train line.

Too bad the pizza is no longer like before. Meat is fine. The wine is perfect. The only downside is the ice cream at 14 euros in a SMALL cup, It catches everyone's attention.

Beautiful campsite with a best location by the sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We spent a total of three nights here and are completely satisfied. No reservation was required. For the low price, you really can't complain.

As soon as we arrived, post-ferry, we stopped at this campsite: sober and Spartan but very pleasant. It has everything you need. The showers, sinks and dishwashers are clean and from the campsite you have direct access to the beach. Furthermore, from the campsite you always have the crystal clear sea as a backdrop. Children up to 8 years old do not pay. Dogs both on the campsite and on the beach are welcome and do not pay. Vote in favor for us. P.s.: I was forgetting that from the campsite to Bastia there is a wonderful cycle path (a couple of km long).

Wonderful place with direct beach access. Very quiet area with cycle path that goes directly to the center of Bastia and cycle path along the sea that goes to the Luna Park area. Clean bathrooms with free showers cost €22 per night with electricity included

We only sampled the restaurant on a warm late July evening. Very good beef tartars cut with a knife, excellent slices of pineapple all with a very good nustral rosé. If you add attentive service, it was a perfect evening. Don’t hesitate to stop by (but remember to make a reservation)

At the top very courteous, very good restaurant, warm welcome at the top. beach 50m showers. Nickel pizza I recommend.

Simple and efficient camping by the beach. Tent pitches in the shade of trees. Excellent restaurant, the staff are very friendly.

Är detta en camping? Nej det är nog mer en ställplats med lite utökade faciliteter. Ingen förbokning och enkel incheckning där du själv väljer plats. Du kan välja till el även om kontakterna verkar ha sett sina bättre dagar och de traditonella tre-fas kontakterna är i minoritet. Viss skugga finns på vissa platser och en underbar strand ligger precis i anslutning liksom en bar med enklare mat som hör till campingen. Servicehuset har sett sina bättre dagar och är inte särskilt städat. Efter en stund inser vi att även de badande på stranden släntrar in på området och duschar i huset vilket förklarar mycket. Du har tillgång till såväl färskvatten, gråvattentömning och kemi-wc tömning i en enkel med funktionell anläggning mitt på området. Det fylls på med nya boende hela tiden till sen kväll vilket gör att det är mycket rörelse omkring dig på området. Läget är emellertid oslagbart om du skall med en tidig färja från Bastia med knappt 10 minuters bilfärd in till hamnen. Chansa inte på att göra en längre resa på morgonen då trafiken är lynnig och ojämn med periodvis långa köer.

Capitati per caso e meravigliati! Cortesi, efficienti, attenti ai bambini ( il loro menù è arrivato in tempi perfetti!). La responsabile si è prodigata per farci parlare con suo collaboratore che parlava italiano affinché potessimo scegliere dal menu delle fantastiche portate (ottimo pizzaiolo napoletano che ci ha consigliato delle squisitezze). Cosa scegliere? Dalla pizza alla carne al pesce senza dimenticare i dolci al caramello… eravamo in 10 con portate diverse, di prodotti ne abbiamo assaggiati! Consigliatissimo!!
