We came for a Christmas gift, and the meal was perfect. The dishes were very elaborate, the ingredients fresh, and the service impeccable and professional. The set menu consisted of a starter, main course, main course, and dessert, a perfect balance for a two-course meal. Special mention goes to the wasabi seeds, a real discovery that pleasantly enhanced the dish. Another special mention for the starter, a refreshing gazpacho ideal for this weather, as well as the petit fours at the end of the meal. In conclusion, a perfectly executed tasting experience and a very pleasant discovery in the area!

A quest for flavor and quality ingredients is undeniable. However, being the last to arrive, we didn't receive the proper quantity of each ingredient (the red mullet fillet was reduced to a tiny finger, and the curved white presentation plate became a bland, flat red plate). We also savored the experience with our eyes.
