A quest for flavor and quality ingredients is undeniable. However, being the last to arrive, we didn't receive the proper quantity of each ingredient (the red mullet fillet was reduced to a tiny finger, and the curved white presentation plate became a bland, flat red plate). We also savored the experience with our eyes.
