Amazing little gem just above Monaco. In fact just forget Monaco and take a drive to Las Turbie. Beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. The wait staff is top notch. Bravo to the chef and their staff.

A rare case of good food and service; without the usual, uneccessary costly glamour of the Cote d'Azur. We had seafood (excellent) and decide to return to try the meat. The owner is a people person; no doubt, he knows hos way to please the clientele.

A cozy atmosphere, tastefully and elegantly decorated. Delicious dishes made with only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. A warm welcome where simplicity meets kindness and attentiveness. Many thanks again to Fred and Rémi for creating this haven of peace and culinary delights. What more could you ask for?

I came to eat with my daughter at Les Santons in La Turbie, and we were pleasantly surprised. The cuisine is refined; try the grilled octopus with a wonderfully delicate risotto—it's absolutely delicious. Or the perfectly cooked shoulder of lamb. I'll be back to try the brazier cooking, as promised. The setting is very pleasant, and the service is excellent. A big thank you to Jade for her warm welcome and kindness. Thank you.
