The Iberico ham was a standout; the fat was incredibly nutty, easily rivaling—if not surpassing—a premium 36-month 5J. The steak was juicy and expertly prepared, and the owner kindly adjusted the portioning to include three baked bone marrows for our table, rather than the standard two. The grilled king prawn was fresh and massive, only missing a 10/10 score due to being slightly overcooked. Overall, a highly considerate staff and an exceptional dining experience."

A very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. However, the crab toast at 19 euros remains a mystery to me; I still don't know if it was bad or simply too salty.

The setting is fantastic! In the middle of summer, the slightly elevated position is a welcome relief from the heat!

An absolutely superb meal at Les Santons in La Turbie. The quality of the dishes is exceptional; each plate is a true delight, showcasing the meticulous work done in the kitchen. A special mention goes to the octopus, absolutely delicious, incredibly tender, and perfectly seasoned—a real highlight. The setting is idyllic, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The service, superb from start to finish, adds to the magic of the experience. An exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend.

We went there Sunday evening, so last night was fire pit night.
Everything was excellent! The grilled octopus was amazing, and the grilled corn on the cob was pure bliss.
Finally, a restaurant that offers a fruit plate for dessert—kudos for that!
We were offered limoncello at the end.
I give it a 20/20 from start to finish.

The reservation, welcome, and service were impeccable. The menu lived up to expectations.
The setting was calm and beautiful. The manager is a true professional and one of those people who still takes the time to chat with their customers.
The prices are in line with the quality, the setting, the service, and the local average.
A very pleasant surprise and a great experience; I will definitely return.
