I came to eat with my daughter at Les Santons in La Turbie, and we were pleasantly surprised. The cuisine is refined; try the grilled octopus with a wonderfully delicate risotto—it's absolutely delicious. Or the perfectly cooked shoulder of lamb. I'll be back to try the brazier cooking, as promised. The setting is very pleasant, and the service is excellent. A big thank you to Jade for her warm welcome and kindness. Thank you.

"An unforgettable meal and the absolute culinary highlight of our two weeks in France. The Iberico ham was a standout; the fat was incredibly nutty, easily rivaling—if not surpassing—a premium 36-month 5J. The steak was juicy and expertly prepared, and the owner kindly adjusted the portioning to include three baked bone marrows for our table, rather than the standard two. The grilled king prawn was fresh and massive, only missing a 10/10 score due to being slightly overcooked. Overall, a highly considerate staff and an exceptional dining experience."

A very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. However, the crab toast at 19 euros remains a mystery to me; I still don't know if it was bad or simply too salty.

The setting is fantastic! In the middle of summer, the slightly elevated position is a welcome relief from the heat!
