Perfection, what can I say except that it's perfect! A lamb shank with baby vegetables: excellent! A sparkling wine by the glass (which I appreciate!), a crème brûlée with Grand Marnier... Mmm... a delight. There are only two of them... Aurore's service is perfect, very well organized. As I would have liked to say, "Moi!" Admiration to the chef! Impeccable cleanliness. We are very satisfied. The food is all excellent. The service is very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming.

We received a very warm welcome and several of us ate fried carp which we found very good, the others also enjoyed their meal.

We'd been wanting to dine at Les Sapins for ages, and we finally did 😊 and we were thrilled 🥰!!! Everything was absolutely perfect 👍🏼!! The decor was gorgeous 😍, the young waiter's welcome, service, and wine recommendations 🍷 were flawless 🤗, he took my food allergies into account, and the dishes were delicious and very generous 🙏🏼. Hello, Excellent experience: the setting, the welcome, the food, the waitstaff—everything deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately, the final result was marred by the owner's behavior; no hello, no goodbye. What a shame!
