We had lunch at this restaurant for a special occasion and had a wonderful time.
The welcome and service were exceptional: attentive, professional, and refined, with a lovely touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, elegant, and delicious. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend.

An incredible experience at Les Sarments in Châlons-en-Champagne 🍷
The welcome was fantastic, but the food... a revelation! Special mention for the bone marrow with snails and Parmesan: pure bliss. The sea bass with thyme that followed was incredibly delicate. 🐟🐌
If you're ever in the area, go without hesitation; it's a place that respects both the ingredients and the customer. Thank you for this delicious meal 🥰🥰

A truly excellent place to eat.
A slight lack of consideration occurred when the young man spilled beer on our clothes:
No apology from the waitress who helped him clean the table, nor from management, even though my sweatshirt and jeans were soaked with beer…
And not even a gesture of goodwill.
Aside from that, the food was delicious.
The wine list by the glass is rather limited.
Despite all that, it's a place I recommend.

The chicken supreme stuffed with duck liver was absolutely delicious; my compliments to the chef!
The service was excellent; we didn't even wait 10 minutes between our aperitifs and the arrival of our main courses.
The dessert of the day (apple tart) was very good.
In short, I highly recommend this restaurant.
