A true Champagne gem. From a very young age, I would pass by Les Sarments on my way home from school, often imagining eating there but never actually having the chance. Years have passed, and finally stepping through the door of this restaurant was a truly moving experience. The cuisine is excellent, generous, and deeply rooted in the Champagne terroir. The setting is warm and elegant, inviting you to take your time and savor the experience. The service is impeccable: the staff are elegant, attentive, smiling, and genuinely kind, embodying the art of French hospitality. This is not just a restaurant, but a true expression of the Champagne spirit. A precious address in Reims, which I proudly recommend.

Excellent service!! However, a 50cl beer served in 25cl bottles was charged as a 50cl bottle, a very good homemade tarte tatin was €9 each, and a Muscadet was €9 for 10cl... In short, if the restaurant struggles to fill up, it's primarily due to these exorbitant prices, despite the quality homemade food and the rare level of service. Overall, a mixed experience; I won't be returning.
