Excellent place! We ordered the tasting platter of Ethiopian specialties and everything was delicious, plentiful, and varied. I highly recommend it!

We tried this Ethiopian restaurant on a recommendation and immediately loved the atmosphere: the place is small, warm, and truly cozy. It's a bit noisy, but you can still have a conversation. We ordered directly from the menu because the waiter couldn't help us. All the dishes are served on the same platter, which is precisely what makes the experience so convivial: you share the meal from a large dish, enjoying it like family. Everything is eaten with your hands: you dip the flatbreads into the stews, and it's a real treat. The meat, whether beef or chicken, has simmered for a long time in the sauce, making it incredibly tender and flavorful. The side dishes, lentils and chickpeas, are particularly well done: their texture is almost creamy, like a purée. Everything rests on a large flatbread at the bottom of the dish, which has absorbed all the juices: it's soft and delicious. One small drawback: I would have preferred a bit more chili, rather than powder. We were a little less impressed with the dessert. The cake slices were quite thin, which meant we lost some of the flavor, and we would have appreciated a slightly larger portion of ice cream. However, the drinks were decent. Overall, it's a good place, worth visiting at least once for the atmosphere and the quality of the food.

It might seem a bit unusual to choose an Ethiopian restaurant during a short trip to Paris, but I highly recommend visiting this place. I especially want to recommend it to Koreans! Actually, it was my first time not only trying Ethiopian food but also visiting an African restaurant in general. The waiter kindly explained how to eat the dishes and even served us a complimentary bottle of Ethiopian beer. It paired perfectly with the main course! It was the first time I received such service during my month-long trip to Europe, so it left a lasting impression. The overall atmosphere was warm and full of warmth. Thanks to that, I really enjoyed the meal! The price came out to 38 euros for two people ordering two main dishes, which I think is a reasonable price for Paris. I recommend it!

A wonderful discovery of Ethiopian cuisine, which I was completely unfamiliar with. Be warned, it's quite spicy, but absolutely delicious. I had the chickpea stew; there are plenty of vegetarian options. The service is quick and very friendly, the presentation is lovely, and the sharing platters make for a very convivial experience.
