I ordered a flank steak and the meat had too much sinew and the waiter was too relaxed...

An excellent discovery! We arrived early...without reservation..we were found a 2m2 table in a small, discreet corner...we were offered a small baguette of fresh bread with homemade terrine on a large wooden board...a little blond head...12 years old maybe max came...And then the world arrived...having an aperitif all the tables were filled and the service...a little 15 year old man in apprenticeship who manages much better than some adults goes from table to table...the meal is generous, no fries but mashed potatoes to accompany the chosen dish, very refined and small vegetables...A real treat for both the eyes and the taste buds...the owner is welcoming! The decor is rustic and very well chosen...what else can I say? Go there!
