This is the first Michelin restaurant I've been to. In general, the atmosphere is friendly and neat. The food is also irresistibly delicious. The recommended wine was also good. This is a new French cuisine experience.

Bad service, average food. When we pointed out that the plate of the dish was not clean, no one came to apologize, the dish went back to wipe, and then the same plate came back on the table in 30 seconds. Honestly, it's honest. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

From cooking to service, everything was perfect. The course is so great that I highly recommend giving it a try. The three meat courses are especially excellent, with everything from starter to main dessert going well together and not missing anything. My 12-year-old also went with me, and everyone from children to adults was so satisfied that they asked us to come back for lunch the next day.

A very pleasant experience, this past Wednesday for a four-course dinner. The appetizers had already won me over and each dish inspired and satisfied me. Small errors in the way of serving demonstrate the difficulty of finding competent staff in such a kitchen (difficulty presenting meals in an understandable way, difficulty pouring sauces and wines neatly).

L'Insoumise

03/04/2024: We had a private dinner at L'Insoumise and it was a great evening. The organization with them upfront was great, the food was delicious and the service was super friendly. We recommend it 100% :)
01/04/2024: A warm welcome, and absolutely fantastic food. I chose this place after having read the glowing reviews and was not disappointed. Despite a busy lunch-break at rush-hour and my lonely table being overshadowed by a massive work-party meeting up for a noisy meal, the staff was very attentive, food was served very quickly and it was positively delicious. Cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a bit small, like most places in Paris, and you feel a little crowded in - but it's to be expected and the quality of the meal soon transports you to heaven. Loved it.

03/04/2024: Just happened to walk by as we were walking along the St Martin Canal. Saw a friendly server and they had a table for 7 and took my family in. Had an absolutely amazing meal with friendly quick service. We had about 7 dishes and 3 desserts. Every dish was so delicious . Entire place was local Parisians. Loved it and highly recommend.
31/03/2024: Exceptionally good. Young team. Good kitchen.
