A restaurant worth discovering with a lovely view - Service a little slow but the food is good, the desserts perhaps a little simple but overall a very pleasant moment!

A perfect moment in an exceptional setting

My family and I have been going there for years, and it's always just as good. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly, the welcome is wonderful, and the view is sublime. The prices are reasonable for the excellent food they offer.

The waitress should find another job. She had absolutely no sense of service, was unfriendly, even disdainful; it's a shame, it ruined the experience. Prices are going up, but the food isn't, even though it's still very good.

The food was good, and the ingredients were decent, but not up to the standard of fine dining, neither in terms of preparation nor presentation. The service was a real drawback: no welcome, cold, distant, and sometimes even slightly disdainful table service, forced smiles, a few service errors, and an overall approach more akin to a brasserie. It's a shame, as it truly spoiled what should have been a pleasant experience.

A place worth discovering. The food is good, the service is reasonably quick, and there were a few minor imperfections during service. These could even be eliminated with a little more communication among the staff. One area for improvement is greeting customers while remaining distant; it's not very pleasant. Approaching customers shows interest in those who keep the establishment running. Orders are taken quickly, but walking away after barely finishing speaking to customers gives the impression of not appreciating them. I congratulated the chef on my way out because the dishes were good. Before leaving, I made this small comment to the person who is clearly the manager. It's a shame I felt ignored. I've always preferred direct communication, and having had the impression of a "I don't care" attitude, I'm posting this review. As a craftsman for 35 years, respecting the customer has always been a priority.
