We stumbled upon this establishment by chance. The welcome was more than warm, almost familial. The decor is quite surprising but original. The owner greets you as if you were a regular. Here's someone who loves his job, and it shows throughout our meal. A kind and friendly word to each customer. The waitress is lovely. She performs her service perfectly, and she's working alone. So, hats off to her! No waiting, service is efficient and consistent. The cuisine is very simple; don't expect an extensive menu, and above all, it's homemade. A daily special is offered, and I think that's their main selling point, even though they offer other options. The prices are particularly reasonable. I would just make one small point: make sure your dishes are piping hot because when the waitress has to walk all the way through, including to the entrance, they arrive barely lukewarm. Be mindful of this small detail, which can be unpleasant. Nothing serious, but I prefer to warn you. After that, I'd say the portions are a bit small; that's just our opinion, but considering the price, it's probably understandable. It's for these two reasons that I'm not giving it 5 stars. I'm being consistent with my previous post. I certainly don't mean to offend you. However, it's quite difficult to find a parking spot, unless you know the area. But if you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop by. It's really good and worth it. Thank you for your very warm welcome.

It's lovely to have lunch on the terrace when the weather is nice; the decor is fantastic, the owners are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and always cheerful. A truly amazing place! Les Terrasses du Clapas is the bar where you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is friendly, and you always have a good time there. But what makes all the difference are the owners: Sandra and Manu. They are simply exceptional, welcoming, attentive, and full of good humor. You can feel their passion in everything they do! I highly recommend it, whether it's for a drink with friends, a moment with family, or just to enjoy a pleasant moment. This is the place not to be missed in Saint Gely!
