It was my first time at the casino. The welcome was really warm, and the blackjack player was very nice!

The bartender is great, very friendly, helpful, and gives good advice, as does the dealer Nathalie, with whom I learned to play blackjack. The whole team is very smiley and pleasant; I always have a great evening in their company.

Positive: The location, modern machines, very friendly and welcoming staff Negative: The dealer was rude, didn't say hello, nothing, was on his phone before and after, so it felt like we were bothering anyone... A shame, the rest was great.

Casino well located near the thermal baths but not always open especially if you want to quench your thirst on the terrace in the afternoon.

The casino is clean, the receptionist is pleasant and friendly. I stayed for about an hour and a half, playing the various machines. I miss the old-fashioned atmosphere, where the sound of falling coins created a feeling that no longer exists. #nostalgia Otherwise, I'm used to casinos where we're usually offered a drink. Well, I saw late in the day that bottles of syrup were available to customers along with a water dispenser. So, there's room for improvement in this area of customer service. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; everything works properly... Perhaps a few machines should be connected to a larger network to hope for more attractive winnings on the machines...

I come to this casino every year and this time I had a quick stop at the bar! What a surprise! A change, but in favor of the gaming room! Regarding the bar, the server was great! Friendly and helpful! He was able to inform us about the layout and new changes to the casino. Result: I'll be back later this week to play!

I loved this little casino. Super nice. The blackjack dealer is superb; she does an incredible job, funny, friendly, and very professional! Thanks to her for livening up our evening ;)
