A gem in Toulouse! A small room whose decor is not striking, but that doesn't matter because the main thing is on the plates! A highly sought-after and original cuisine with controlled complexity: an astonishing egg marinated in squid ink combined with asparagus and trout roe, a cod ravioli with mackerel, sabayon and seaweed, an astonishing green curry foam accompanying the lamb, a deconstructed plate of cheese. Energetic and very friendly service. Amazing wine offerings with great discoveries. Nice dressings. Evening unique 6-course discovery menu

The quality of the food and the service are incredible. Restaurant which offers original and elaborate dishes changing every week. We feel the thought behind each proposal. We often go there at lunchtime for a very affordable starter/main course/dessert menu.

A magical moment in six courses! To celebrate with family or lovers. The evening formula was perfect for discovering all the talents of this very friendly chef and his friend.

Certainly there is work but not up to expectations compared to other restaurants of the same range in Toulouse. Some dishes are soulless and a little bland. Non-existent decoration, sitting on an uncomfortable bench/strapontin, you don't feel comfortable in this restaurant. I will not come back.

Fine and inventive cuisine, warm and professional welcome, good cellar and sufficiently spaced tables, all for a moderate price at lunchtime and interesting in the evening: difficult to criticize!
