The best restaurant we've been to. Sublime!

We had a very nice meal here and would love to come back here again. Nice little restaurant, the food is good value for money. Very friendly wait staff. Reservations are recommended. Enjoyed an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert. Surprising dishes that we did not expect in a French restaurant, but they tasted very good.

Lovely restaurant in the town square. Attentive waiting staff, medium to high prices. Great daily specials, also a selection of pizzas and other dishes. Try the beef and the risotto.

Very nice discovery, we went there twice, once on the terrace and once inside. The dishes are delicious, the crying tiger style beef fillet, a treat! Table to reserve.

When booking, we announced that we were coming with our dog (very well behaved and sociable collie). More than likely this is why we were put out of the restaurant and its covered terrace, opposite under the umbrellas. In September, on a cool evening, sitting on metal chairs without cushions is not pleasant. The carafe of water requested with the bottle of wine was forgotten. Our dog too, no bowl of water offered while very often elsewhere it is offered without us asking. Now let's move on to the positive things. The menu is small, a guarantee of freshness. The meal was excellent, original and very well presented. We had the crunchy cuttlefish which is worth the trip. The fruit pana cotta and profiteroles were delicious. The bottle of Graves too. Too bad we didn't receive bread with the meal. The price paid, €82 for two, was not cheap, but the meal was of very good quality and very digestible. The toilets were clean, bright and nicely decorated. In summary, we recommend the restaurant Les tilleuls, but book well in advance and go there without your 4-legged friend.

Very good lunch during my stay on the Ile de Ré! Salmon tartare, delicious! The welcome is also very warm.

Often coming to the Ile de Ré and particularly to St Marie, we like to come to Les Tilleuls Very good meal one evening on the terrace: crying tiger style beef 👌🏻 (It’s better to book though!)

A restaurant that welcomes you on the terrace or in a cozy interior. It’s the latter that I prefer. The perfect egg lives up to its name: I held back from having a second one out of pure greed! The owner's smile is melting, don't worry, I don't know her name 😉 but it goes very well with the cooking of her... husband who knows how to compose tasty cuisine with the touch of originality that you will remember (the perfect egg 🤩)! In the end, an excellent dinner with family/friends that everyone loved 🤗

Nice menu and terrace & ambiance, would skip the pizza's.
