As every year, it's an absolute pleasure to return to Les Tilleuls in Saint-Jorioz. This family-run restaurant has become a true institution on Lake Annecy thanks to Chef Fréd's excellent cuisine and the consistently high quality of the dishes served. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth and conviviality that are the hallmarks of this establishment: the owners' always smiling and welcoming attitude, along with the friendliness of all the staff, create a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The service is passionate and efficient; you truly feel welcome. Chef Fréd's cuisine is simply exceptional: flavorful, generous dishes made with local products, including wild fish from Lake Annecy, caught daily by partner fishermen. Each plate is an explosion of flavors, balanced, homemade, and authentic. Whether for a family lunch, an evening with friends, or a romantic dinner, Les Tilleuls always offers a memorable culinary experience, where tradition meets creativity. And of course, the owners' good humor, along with the team's friendliness and professionalism, adds a unique touch to every visit. Top-notch restaurant, always a warm and friendly welcome. The owner makes a point of visiting every table, without any favoritism, to ask if everyone is enjoying their meal. We always look forward to going there. The portions are generous, and the fera from the lake is a delight.

An old family institution that loves what they do... they have a passion for doing things well and it's just perfect.... a menu where you'll find what you're looking for: fish, poultry, vegan meat, everything is there and it's fresh!!! The only problem.... you have to book otherwise you're done for lol..

An exceptional place where the rooms and restaurant are top notch!

We went there for the restaurant. We were immediately welcomed and seated. The service was simply perfect; we've never seen such efficient service throughout the meal. As soon as our plate was finished, someone came to clear it away and bring us the next course within minutes. We opted for the fish caught that morning (fera and perch), which were excellent. The fisherman's menu (starter, main course, dessert) is absolutely worth it (quality/quantity/price). Everything was perfect. I recommend it 100%; we'll be back with great pleasure! 2nd visit in 2025: Nothing has changed, still as good and efficient! A real pleasure.
