It's always a pleasure to come to 3B in Compiègne.
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming; it's very pleasant to have a drink there at the end of the day and share a (very generous) charcuterie board. I'd say one of the place's biggest strengths is its staff! Every time I go, it's always a pleasure; the servers are cheerful, attentive, and contribute to the great atmosphere. As for a main course, I highly recommend the 3 Brasseurs sauerkraut!

We received a very warm welcome, and the pace of the meal was excellent. We noticed the waitress was carefully noting our requests, but the kitchen made a mistake with a sauce and a garnish. Despite this, the service was impeccable and friendly, and everything was delicious. Thank you.

No surprises, the 3 Brasseurs live up to their reputation. But this time, the andouillette tasted different, and the dish was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting around for a while before being served. We only noticed this when it came time to pay the bill. The very friendly waitress told us, "You should have let me know; I would have asked for the dishes to be reheated. My friend's tray was also lukewarm." But given the wait and thinking the dish would probably have been microwaved, we preferred to say nothing. Rightly or wrongly.
Otherwise, a good atmosphere, a bit of a wait for service... But then again, with the crowd, you can't expect miracles.

It's a pleasant place to eat or even just have a drink, with areas suited to every type of atmosphere you want. I highly recommend it!
