Passing through Compiègne for the weekend, I stopped at "Les 3 Brasseurs" at lunchtime. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My Welsh rarebit was delicious.
I recommend it!

Awesome!
My first experience there was just awful. I ordered a burnt croque monsieur and didn't go back for years. But I finally went back with friends, gritting my teeth, and now I love it! 💞 I guess I was just unlucky the first time...

The food is, as always, good.
However, the wait times this evening were unacceptable and outrageous. Thirty minutes for the starter, and then another 30 minutes later, still no main course. The restaurant can't keep up with demand; it's completely overwhelmed, and tables aren't being served in the order they were ordered. My suspicions point to the kitchen's capacity.

Good food, pleasant atmosphere. However, it's best to avoid this establishment on a Friday evening: the wait for an aperitif is over 30 minutes and the service is generally very slow.

We ate on the terrace, but it wasn't a pleasant experience because there were too many smokers. A solution should be found, such as a designated smoking area.
We won't return until next winter to eat inside, as there are many other restaurants where this isn't an issue.
