Overall, it was fine. The waitress was pleasant, even if she was a bit rushed. Our dishes were quite good on the whole, although I found the charcuterie board really disappointing considering the price.
However, I think it's a shame that I only discovered the €1 charge for the doggy bag when the bill arrived. The price wasn't mentioned when it was offered, so I only found out when I went to pay. It's not so much the euro itself, but rather the principle: I think the price should be clearly stated before being charged.

We had a wonderful time, thanks in particular to our waitress Valérie who made our visit truly special.

The wait between the aperitif and the main course was very long. I asked for a sauce that never arrived. There was no bread. In short, I was disappointed.

The man at the entrance gave me a "weird" welcome. I told him there were three of us for lunch, and he just said, "Oh, okay." We felt like we were being treated like idiots. At the table, the waitress commented on my daughter's order (a burger without egg or cheese, well-done steak—everyone has different tastes) by saying, "Oh well, your burger is going to be awful!" She asked for a vegetable stir-fry, and they said, "We don't have any this week!" "What else do you have?" she asked. "Look in the menu, it's written there!" It's not that hard to list what's in stock. In short, she was rather unfriendly. As for the food, no comment; it was just like the 3 Brasseurs back home.

The staff were very friendly and the à la carte dishes were quite good, though rather generous. We'll be back.
And the beer, brewed on site, is excellent.

Friday evening I went to dinner at Les 3 Brasseurs with my family.
I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, and unfortunately, I didn't get enough to eat.
I ordered the grilled vegetable salad.
It's a shame the salad was vacuum-packed and bitter in places. I like grilled vegetables, but these were just pan-fried vegetables; they were very plain.
For dessert, I ordered a fromage blanc with fruit.
When the dessert arrived, my son asked if I had stirred the fromage blanc. I told him no, because it looked like it had been mixed before being served, and the fromage blanc was runny.
It's a real shame.
