Les Trois Fontaines sur Les Martys

A must-try! The decor is just what we love: genuine, authentic, and old-fashioned. The welcome is fantastic, the food is home-style, the portions are generous, and the desserts are truly delicious! There's a large parking lot with a pétanque court, and it's very well located.

We stopped by for lunch today during a bike ride. Very welcoming, the waitress was very attentive, and the chef was friendly and a good cook too! We thoroughly enjoyed the daily special and dessert. We'll be back!

A restaurant ideally located between Carcassonne and Mazamet on a fantastic route for a motorcyclist like me. Quality food. A fairly classic menu. It's just a tad pricey, but there's little competition on this route... I still recommend it 😉

What a wonderful discovery! Typical, authentic, and above all, gourmet! Homemade food, no question about it. I stopped there during a business trip, and from the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The aroma of the cooking already filled the place and whetted my appetite... I ordered a ribeye steak, served quickly. The waitress brought me a plate, I think for two... exceptional quality, homemade fries, and an excellent side salad... in short, Les 3 Fontaines is definitely worth a visit, it's delicious! Reservation for a group of 19 people. There's parking right in front. Rustic atmosphere, top-notch service, excellent traditional cuisine. We'll gladly return.

We stopped at this roadside restaurant on our way home. Everything was great, the portions are huge!! One per person is enough to fill you up. Very friendly service!

Excellent, tender meat in generous portions. The accompanying salad was very good, with the crunch of the small fried onion pieces. The small potatoes cooked in duck fat with their pepper sauce were also particularly delicious. Even the chocolate desserts were perfect. I can be quite picky about desserts and don't like them excessively sweet, but these were just right! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. The atmosphere and welcome were warm and friendly. Highly recommended!
