A delight from start to finish, homemade cuisine and traditional dishes... ...Thank you ☺️ Even the weather cooperated; we were able to enjoy our meal on the terrace...

You who like a host to take care of you, passionately explain their products, the history of Auvergne, anecdotes galore. The food is excellent, the advice too. And as a bonus, a little joke about an Auvergne fly made my wife and I have a great time.

A wonderful discovery at La Table des Volcans 🍽️🌋 We enjoyed two Salers steaks with blue cheese sauce 🥩🧀, accompanied by a homemade truffade 🥔: tender, high-quality meat from local producers (prominently featured on the menu 👌) and cooked to perfection and respectful standards. The truffade was delicious and traditional, true to the Auvergne spirit. For dessert, two cones of homemade Murat cheese 🍦🫐: very tasty, although we would have liked a little more blueberries or a more elaborate presentation. All accompanied by an excellent Marcillac red 🍷, recommended by the manager. He may seem gruff at first, but is actually very friendly and offers good advice 😄, contrary to the reviews. The shaded interior terrace, typical of Auvergne 🌿🏡, is a real plus for enjoying your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. In short: traditional cuisine well prepared by Cantalois residents, not Cantaliens 😜, quality local produce, and a great place that we loved ❤️ (and which we don't think the negative reviews reflect!).

A wonderful restaurant that made our stay in Murat truly memorable. Exceptional quality for 10 days, a lovely owner full of wise advice. A family atmosphere that's a joy. Definitely go there. The three Marseille residents who thank you again.
