The Bistrot des Voyageurs in Beaulieu, Dordogne, is off to a great start under its new owner. For its first season, it's a resounding success.
The daily menu is excellent: simple, well-executed, and very reasonably priced. A real treat for a quality lunch without breaking the bank. The wines by the glass are decent and pair perfectly with the dishes.
But what truly sets it apart is the service: a team of young, dynamic, smiling, and very friendly staff. The atmosphere is convivial and relaxed. A promising spot to keep a close eye on!

We discovered this restaurant on the recommendation of our Airbnb host.
We have absolutely no complaints.
The service was quick, the duck breast was absolutely delicious (the fries looked homemade and were just as good!).
Thanks to Alex for the warm welcome (and to the waiters and waitresses in general, as everyone else stopped by our table for a drink). They were all generally welcoming, with a smile and a pleasant sense of humor.

Excellent brasserie! As a couple with two children, we stopped at this brasserie for a quick visit to Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. We were very happy with the service and the food: the team of young, dynamic, and smiling seasonal staff, the dishes served quickly, and the ingredients fresh and local (the Corrèze-style tagliatelle is excellent). We highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience in the lovely setting of the village's shaded square. We had a duck burger and a leg of lamb with parmesan fries, and it was delicious!
Special mention to our super friendly waiter and his young team!
Keep up the good work! I had a great meal and a wonderful time in Baulieu.
