The dining room is small but welcoming. Efficient and very friendly service. A special mention for the "CRAB RAVIOLI IN SQUID INK; CREAMY SAUCE WITH GREY PRAWNS" – a real success! And Renshi loved it too, which proves it's very good 🐕

16/01/2026: Banon, this small village, can be proud to have a restaurant of such high quality. Panturle's restaurant is, without exaggeration, worthy of a Michelin star. We have had the pleasure of dining there for several years now, and every time we come to Banon, we always make a reservation. It's a true delight to discover the dishes, which are always different and surprising. The menu changes every month: refined, precise, and flavorful cuisine that surprises with each visit. It's a real gastronomic pleasure from beginning to end. Even the wine selection is carefully chosen and perfectly paired with the dishes. This exceptional work, carried out by a dynamic, passionate, and talented young couple, deserves high praise. For us, it is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the region.
