L'Escabèche sur Palavas-Les-Flots

Agréable surprise de voir le changement de propriétaire. Ces personnes tenaient "la table d'Aimé " à la Grande Motte au couchant . Les plats sont toujours aussi bons. Faites le détour ça vaut le coup.

Dinner with friends including one person in the group who works in the restaurant business. Pizza, fish, burger, fries and desserts, everything is excellent. Nobody had any complaints.

Cette année c’est un nouveau gérant qui tient le restaurant l’Escabèche au camping Montpellier plage il s’appelle Fabrice et sa famille une super équipe qui ont le respect des clients et le respect du service. Ils font des choses qui sortent de l’ordinaire d’une qualité exemplaire. Franchement je recommande cet endroit extraordinaire, beaucoup de Restaurant, même dans Palavas,que j’ai déjà goûté ne lui arrive pas à la cheville d’une qualité exceptionnelle, des produits d’une fraîcheur exemplaire, que ce soit Les Moules frites que ce soit les pizzas que ce soit le porcelet ou le cochon de lait ou la Braca je recommande à tous de venir dans cet endroitqui va les ravir par la qualité et le respect des Tarifa. Même les desserts sont extraordinaires comme le Pavlova ou la crème catalan. Franchement n’hésitez pas affranchir le pas et à venir vous ne regretterai pas, ni mes commentaires ni le fait d’être venu.

This year there is a new manager who runs the Escabèche restaurant at the Montpellier beach campsite, his name is Fabrice and his family, a great team who have respect for customers and respect for the service. They do things that are out of the ordinary and of exemplary quality. Frankly, I recommend this extraordinary place, many Restaurants, even in Palavas, which I have already tasted, cannot match their exceptional quality, products of exemplary freshness, whether it be Les Moules Frites or either the pizzas, whether the piglet or the suckling pig or the Brasouca, I recommend everyone to come to this place which will delight them with the quality and respect for the prices. Even the desserts are extraordinary like Pavlova or Catalan cream. Honestly, don't hesitate to take the plunge and come, you won't regret my comments or the fact of coming.

This place was a revelation from the beginning! We stumbled upon it accidentally but we were so glad we did. Our dishes were both very good, one fish and one meat dishes and the dessert was so pretty I didn’t have time to take a photo. I recommend this place and would go back to eat there in a heartbeat

Superb restaurant since the change of ownership! Aimé, the manager, takes great care of his customers and the dishes are truly exquisite, you really get what you pay for. Go there with your eyes closed!!

We been there yesterday night with my family, I had Spanish muzzle style with chorizo it was great. My kids had pizza they enjoyed it. The staff speak English and Russian which is not common in France. As Russian my self I appreciated it.
