What mussels, my friends! Passing through good old Paimpol, we eagerly sat down to eat. In all my years living on the coast, I've rarely eaten such delicious mussels. And yet, this year's harvest didn't look promising! With the added bonus of attentive staff, I'll definitely be back to devour the mussels at L'Escale.
