l'Escale sur Chens-Sur-Leman

Everything was delicious! Without a doubt, the best malakofs we've ever eaten. The fresh perch fillets from Lake Geneva were excellent. A very warm welcome. A wonderful discovery, and we'll be back!

From start to finish, everything was excellent. The dishes are prepared with love and finesse. The roach fillets with their beurre blanc sauce were absolutely delicious! Honestly, I've never eaten such good roach fillets. All the ingredients are fresh, they support local producers, and our taste buds were delighted. The restaurant is very clean, the waitress is incredibly friendly, and so are the staff. There's a very welcoming, family atmosphere. The chocolate fondant is excellent. I recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful time with my uncle at this restaurant in Chens-sur-Léman, which we were discovering for the first time. The welcome, the service, and the food were all outstanding, offering exceptional value for money in the region. Even the police are friendly and understanding with absent-minded people like me in this village ;-)

Always a warm welcome and good food

The burgers are incredible!! Honestly, I've never eaten such good burgers. Everything is beautifully presented, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is fantastic. The restaurant is very clean. I recommend it 100%! However, a little tip for the waitress (there's only one): Remember to bring a smile and a cheerful disposition along with your apron in the morning; it would make all the difference 😉

Magnificent, we highly recommend it! 😍 The food was excellent. We started with a house cocktail and local beer, then for me: frog legs and fries, followed by rum baba for dessert, and for my husband: beef tartare (just a tad too many pickles 😅) with fries, a lovely salad, and for dessert: a delicious crème brûlée. Everything was excellent. We each had a glass of wine and finished with two coffees. The two owners and the waitress were a lovely team, very competent and smiling. We'll be back.
