We wanted to eat with a friend last night in Collioure, but very few restaurants were open. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and we weren't disappointed. The chef and the waitress were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

22/02/2026: My partner took me to this restaurant yesterday. He told me it's a Collioure institution. I can only confirm what he said; it was simply divine. The flavors are surprising, unexpected, and harmonious; each dish is a discovery. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We had a very pleasant time. Amandine is incredibly kind, and Masashi is a talented chef. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Collioure!
