Chef Masachi Lijima and his wife have been warmly welcoming us for several years to their charming restaurant in Collioure, much to our delight! The chef's cuisine is simply delicious and so original! Blending Japanese and Mediterranean flavors, each ingredient is respected and elevated! It's always a true treat… 🧡 We unfortunately couldn't make it this year, so we're already looking forward to next year!

Nestled in one of Collioure's charming alleyways, Le 5ème Péché is a true gem for food lovers. Here, each dish tells a story, a tale of travel and the immense talent of chef Masashi Iijima, who skillfully blends Japanese and Mediterranean influences.
We were captivated by this creative cuisine, where the surf-and-turf combinations surprise without ever being disconcerting. Special mention goes to the barracuda tartare. Every bite is precise, elegant, and bursting with flavor.

We found this restaurant through the Michelin Guide. The evening meal seemed very bland, lacking any particular flair, and we're still searching for the essence of Japan! Serving defrosted or stale bread seems absurd for a restaurant that claims to offer quality!
What a shame! Especially for someone like me who has lived in Japan…

This is our second time dining at Vous, and we return with joy and anticipation to discover what the chef has prepared.
It's a culinary experience we won't soon forget.
The Asian flavors are deliciously complemented by the dishes.

A truly excellent dinner at Le 5ème Pêché – what a discovery!
The cuisine takes you on a journey, showcasing unique and incredibly well-prepared ingredients. This surprise menu is a gem, allowing you to be guided by the chef's inspirations, with flavors both familiar and unfamiliar presented in a new way.
The service was impeccable; each dish was beautifully presented with care and attention. The reimagined gin fizz cocktail was excellent, and we received excellent wine pairing recommendations.
The intimate setting allows for a peaceful dinner, where you can watch the chef at work and fully appreciate the cuisine and ambiance.
A huge thank you for this wonderful family experience!
