This is our second time dining at Vous, and we return with joy and anticipation to discover what the chef has prepared.
It's a culinary experience we won't soon forget.
The Asian flavors are deliciously complemented by the dishes.
From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, and including the perfectly paired wine thanks to the expert's recommendation, our taste buds were delighted.

A truly excellent dinner at Le 5ème Pêché – what a discovery!
The cuisine takes you on a journey, showcasing unique and incredibly well-prepared ingredients. This surprise menu is a gem, allowing you to be guided by the chef's inspirations, with flavors both familiar and unfamiliar presented in a new way.
The service was impeccable; each dish was beautifully presented with care and attention. The reimagined gin fizz cocktail was excellent, and we received excellent wine pairing recommendations.
The intimate setting allows for a peaceful dinner, where you can watch the chef at work and fully appreciate the cuisine and ambiance.
A huge thank you for this wonderful family experience!

A marvel. A perfect blend of Japanese flavors and Catalan products. A gastronomic symphony. New yet harmonious flavors. A true gem in the heart of Collioure. Probably the best restaurant in the area right now. But be warned, it's well worth the wait: only 20 seats. We highly recommend it.
