A truly soulful place where you feel wonderfully at ease… We can't wait to return.

The food was simply exceptional! I've rarely eaten so well. Incredibly refined. And very original and unique. I loved it! And my 5-year-old son adored the pea sorbet and the slightly prickly flowers 🙂

An interesting culinary experience: the fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean flavors is particularly successful in the dessert. The amuse-bouche and starter were very well done. The main course was good (a little salty). Overall, it was light and flavorful. I like the concept of leaving the menu to the chef. The service was very pleasant, the dishes were well presented and explained. The seating was comfortable. The music was perhaps a little loud. A place I will return to and recommend.

A delightful surprise, tucked away from the more touristy Collioure: a single set menu at lunchtime, a guarantee of freshness and quality. Everything is original, expertly prepared, flavorful, and aromatic. We would have loved to find a few more slices of marinated mackerel in the ramen bowl, but we readily forgive this shortcoming, given the excellent value for money. As you can tell, we highly recommend it!

My partner took me to this restaurant yesterday. He told me it's a Collioure institution. I can only confirm what he said; it was simply divine. The flavors are surprising, unexpected, and harmonious; each dish is a discovery. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We had a very pleasant time. Amandine is incredibly kind, and Masashi is a talented chef. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Collioure!

A wonderful discovery! We had lunch at the restaurant, the set menu, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, refined, and delicious! We especially loved the cocktail (a reimagined Gin Fizz with ginger), which was perfectly balanced, as well as the dessert (a matcha green tea pavlova with bean paste, lemon, and sorbet) which truly transported us. We'll be back to try the dinner menu!
