A great meal and great service. Don’t hesitate to get advice on the different dishes offered. We had a Saint Pierre and pork ribs, both dishes were perfect and cooked with care. A wonderful discovery during our stay in Collioure.

What an exceptional discovery! Each dish was a true masterpiece, showcasing the freshness and quality of local seafood. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced and deliciously prepared. Additionally, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more memorable. Looking for a nice restaurant in Collioure and wanting to eat fresh and local, we chose l’Escale bleue where we had a great time. The welcome was warm. The bouillabaisse was fragrant. Special mention for the delicious mulled wine! We had a blast!

Très bon accueil. Très bonne cuisine, une dorade excellente accompagnée d'un risotto et petite ratatouille. Le dessert du chef, citron et bergamote, très frais. En résumé, un très bon moment.
