Exceptional service, very pleasant waiter

I really liked this hotel, especially the night porter named Patrick. I had a small problem in my room, and Patrick did everything he could to help me. I've rarely seen such a dedicated night porter.

The hotel is old-fashioned, but the staff are lovely.

A mixed experience despite impeccable service A stay at the Mercure Hyères Centre left a mixed impression. Upon arrival, the room upgrade and thoughtful touches were much appreciated. A thoughtful gesture, always welcome and worth mentioning. The reception team remains the highlight: smiling, professional, and clearly eager to please despite sometimes seemingly rigid guidelines. Their kindness makes all the difference. However, the rest of the experience falls short. The cuisine is clearly not up to the expected standard for a 4-star hotel: unconvincing dishes, average quality, and room service charges that are nowhere indicated… except once you're in your room. The same is true for breakfast, where the value for money is highly questionable. This is starting to add up for a stay that's supposed to be comfortable and transparent. The hotel, as a whole, remains very basic. It feels like an aging structure, modernized in small touches but without any real coherence. An impression already encountered in other Mercure hotels that are losing their appeal. In short: a stay salvaged by the professionalism of the reception staff, but an overall experience that confirms the decline of some Mercure establishments. Adequate for an overnight stay, but far from the standards the brand claims to uphold.

A warm welcome, a very clean and well-appointed room. A kettle with tea and instant coffee was provided, perfect for waking up. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Bonus: they accept pets. The sunny terrace is very pleasant.

Amazing hotel! 🥰😍 The prawn risotto was absolutely delicious, I loved it. 😋 The fries were a bit small, really; be more generous with them and everything would be excellent. The burger could have used a little more cheese, but otherwise it was good. 🙂

Very helpful and attentive staff, really friendly, and a welcoming work/dining area

Perfect for my business trip. The only downside was that it wasn't possible to work in the room without a desk. I used the accessible room: the bathroom was spotless, but the room itself was too small for wheelchair access. Note that the bed is a standard height. The parking was excellent.
