L'Escale by Mercure sur Hyeres

My stay of about a week in this hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes on foot from the center of Hyères, its location remains ideal as it is close to the beaches, approximately 10 minutes by car or by bus 63, approximately 20 minutes. A crossroads market and a flunch restaurant are located at the foot of the hotel. The staff is helpful and very cheerful, the breakfast is generous and the swimming pool is very pleasant. But very few deckchairs are available. Please note: bring mosquito repellent (tigers) because they were everywhere, in the rooms, by the pool... and throughout the city of Hyères. The hotel is clean but some repairs need to be planned due to several small water problems.

The room lacks a full-length mirror and hooks to hang clothes or bags.

We stayed as a family for 6 nights in 2 rooms since there were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children. 1) Satisfaction - Welcome drink for 5 at the Bar was a lovely touch - The small fridge and its contents in the family offer. - At the foot of a town supermarket and a restaurant which offers varied meals - 9 minutes from the historic center of Hyères. This is the first time we have not used the car to visit the city. She stayed at the hotel. Hyères station is 9 minutes away on foot, very good geographical location. - A fresh water fountain available to customers 24 hours a day Dissatisfactions - We did not have connecting rooms even though our reservation was paid 5 months before. The configuration of the family with 2 adults and 3 children aged 8, 6 and 4 and the fact of planning in advance, we thought that was enough. - No yogurt for breakfast - Cleaning the rooms: one of the ladies told us that she did not have to do it every day - No dedicated places for a family of 5 at breakfast. We were always forced to borrow a chair from a neighboring table and around 10:20 a.m., systematically, the people in charge of breakfast came to ask me to collect the displaced chair. Remember that breakfast closes at 10:30 a.m.

All the hotels were full when we wanted to book at the last minute He told us OK. So clearly apart from the noisy Avenue 4 lane next door which we camouflaged with the air conditioning, and thus were able to mask this "annoyance", the hotel was great Outdoor swimming pool with people who know how to behave, nice bar, restaurant with a good menu and a small table football to have fun in the lounge.... A real good memory, thank you all

We had a 3 night stay. Very good stay in a clean hotel where the rooms are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very varied and excellent. THANKS !! especially to Nathalie for her kindness and good advice. THANKS !! also to Florian for his kindness during our reservation. After a 4-day stay at the establishment, I deplore the quality of the prestige rooms. Indeed, being used to 4-star Mercure hotels, particularly in the Paris region), the rooms supposed to be the most upscale in your establishment appear like basic rooms (almost dilapidated looking at the paint on the walls and ceiling) except that the balcony is on the pool side (a balcony which also has a basic appearance). I was expecting another service at the price of the prestige room. Regarding the hotel staff, nothing to complain about, your team is human and professional. Best wishes

Good location for this modern and quality hotel whether for a personal or professional stay. The beaches and the city center are very close. Lovely outdoor spaces: swimming pool, pétanque court. Fitness and meeting rooms. Tastefully decorated. Very good restaurant with theme evenings. Excellent welcome, very good tourist advice. The little extras: the green key label, the water bar, presence at reception day and night and private parking.

Average hotel average cleanliness good roomservice professional welcome but room very very poorly soundproofed and in front of a very busy road. So first and last time at their place. I know what I'm talking about, I've had 2 to 3 unhealthy nights at Accord for 10 years.

Clean rooms and excellent swimming pool with bar service

We had an excellent stay in this very well located hotel with parking. The room with terrace and view of the swimming pool was superb, very clean and very well equipped (very comfortable large bed, television, kettle, Nespresso, fridge, nuxe toiletries and separate toilet). The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The only downside in our opinion: the restaurant. Many dishes offered on the menu were not available during our visit and we did not enjoy it. On the other hand, the spritz was enormous and the staff very pleasant. We will come back for sure!
