L'escale des collines sur Moras-En-Valloire

A €34 set menu that unfortunately fell short: very dry frog legs, cold vegetables that had been reheated but were still not at the right temperature. We weren't offered the daily specials, unlike other tables. The service was a bit disorganized but friendly. Desserts listed on the website weren't available in the restaurant. The price-quality ratio was poor.

A wonderful welcome, generous and beautifully presented plates, and what's more, the chef came to ask if everything was alright – a rare find!

We hadn't been to this restaurant before, but we made a lovely discovery. The food is delicious, you can taste the homemade quality with local ingredients, the staff is friendly, and the owner even comes to each table to make sure everything is alright. A wonderful first experience at L’Escale des Collines today. A warm welcome, homemade cuisine, we thoroughly enjoyed the frogs' legs and the delicious gratin, all served by the charming and funny Chloé. Ladies, please don't change a thing!

The food is simple but good. The friendly and engaging waitresses have a good sense of humor and are attentive to their customers' well-being.

Nothing to complain about, it's perfect. A generous starter, well-cooked chicken liver, excellent mashed potatoes, and delicious vegetables (ask for them!) Thank you to the charming waitress for her service and her smile. A pleasure!
