L'escale des collines sur Moras-En-Valloire

My wife booked this restaurant for my surprise birthday party. The waitresses gave us a very warm welcome and were attentive to our needs, always with a smile. We were a group of 43 people. There was no wait for service. The owner even came by at the end of service to check that everything was alright. We returned last Sunday and received the same warm welcome and friendly waitresses. Thank you very much!

Three weeks ago, I surprised my husband with a birthday party, a very successful surprise thanks to the kindness of the three waitresses and the charming cook who prepared an excellent meal for us. The atmosphere, the setting, the delicious food—everything was perfect for this very important day. A huge thank you again for everything. Today we went back and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade cuisine and the perfect welcome from everyone. We sincerely thank you. My review was on TripAdvisor 😂🤣😂

A wonderful discovery at L’Escale des Collines! We had a fantastic time, enjoying delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care. The service was pleasant and welcoming, and the chef's visit at the end of the meal was a lovely touch, allowing us to chat with her directly and get to know the person behind the dishes.

A fantastic find! The waitresses were incredibly kind and attentive. They even offered to seat us for a second seating. The meal was excellent (even though I didn't get my frog legs...). I think they should add to the menu that you need to ask twice for frog legs at the table to get them 🫣. The waitress warned us when we ordered, and I ordered another dish that was just as delicious. The homemade desserts were excellent. A lovely atmosphere enhanced by birdsong (though you shouldn't get too close 🤭). Have a great season! Juju

Despite being understaffed, we ate very well in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Superb, family-style cooking in a friendly atmosphere, including memorable terrine and pear dessert.
