Very good, local products cheaper than at the saltworks shop: I love the red rice or the rice mix from the Marseillette pond, the wine of course, the fleur de sel from the Gruissan saltworks and the Granhota balsamic vinegar from Coursan.
The saleswomen were only moderately polite. They took our payment while chatting with a colleague. Admittedly, it was a quarter to twelve, but still. On the other hand, it's a very pretty shop.
The shop is lovely. However, we needed some information about wine, so we went to see a sales assistant who was tidying up. We seemed to be bothering her, and she made us wait for a while. I'm happy to wait a little, but waiting a long time and feeling like we're inconveniencing her is not something I appreciate.
"Too bad, the tastings here end at 11am... after that, you have to choose the wine like in the lottery 🍷😂 We just wanted to taste before buying, but the welcome was as dry as an old white wine!!"
04/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The setting, the delicious food like the shrimp tartines and the Thai beef tartare... succulent and beautifully presented dishes. I'll definitely be back! 😉
02/07/2026: The burger was great, the quesadillas too. Nice people.
