The food was delicious! We had the gourmet menu and everything was fantastic – kudos to the chef! The service was just as good, with a waiter who clearly knew his job and the dishes he served, and he was very friendly! Thank you!!

First time at L’Escalier and it won’t be the last! Traditional and refined cuisine, generous and beautifully presented plates. Special mention to the server who knows his job perfectly without being oppressive. In a word, perfect!

This was our second visit to the Restaurant de l'Escalier, and it was another great experience. A big thank you to Hugo and his colleague (whose name escapes me) who provided excellent service. Special mention also goes to the kitchen for the perfect cooking of the meat (beef cooked at a low temperature) and a surprising escargot starter. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant in Grenoble. A wonderful discovery. The dishes are delicious and refined, and above all, the welcome is warm. Every member of the team is very pleasant and attentive; it's a real pleasure.

09/11/2025: The food is very well prepared, and your taste buds will thank you. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, the space is furnished like the study tables in a university library. The wine list offers plenty of options to enjoy without breaking the bank. Perhaps a tad pricey, but a great spot in Grenoble.
