An interesting restaurant for discovering Niçoise cuisine. I discovered the famous Swiss chard tart for dessert (it sounds crazy, but it's very good). The beef meatballs were also nice as a main course. However, I found the pissaladière rather bland, but I don't have enough experience to definitively judge. The bill was quite reasonable, averaging 50 euros per person (including aperitifs).

We had a wonderful time as a family. The homemade dishes were delicious and the service was excellent.
All the staff were friendly and very pleasant.

Everything was excellent, the beef stew and gnocchi were superb. We appreciated the location, the banquettes, and the cool atmosphere. It wasn't crowded at all. A very good time, we'll be back with friends!

We had a wonderful time at L’Escalinada. The Niçoise specialties are authentic, generous, and full of flavor, with cuisine that perfectly respects local traditions. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ideal for sharing a good meal with family or friends—don't hesitate to order a sharing platter. A very pleasant atmosphere, a little background music but not at all bothersome, and an opening onto the street offering a lovely view. The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. The service is quick, the food delicious, and the setting soothing. A restaurant we had the pleasure of visiting, and one we will undoubtedly return to! Thank you again for this delightful moment shared with our family.
