I haven't tried all the shish kebabs in Nice, but I've tried quite a few. For me, Pera is the best, both for the pitta sandwiches (the Ikarie is fantastic) but also for the mezze and mixed platters. If you're looking for something different, get a pitta with flambéed chicken livers: it's simply amazing (obviously, if you like livers 😁).

We went here with a group of 11 people—there was plenty of room for everyone, and everyone enjoyed it. We had a kebab for 8 euros plus fries. The prices are reasonable, there's free Wi-Fi (QR codes are on the tables), and the restrooms are clean. By the way, did you know that soon: "The earth will have an abundance of grain; the mountaintops will have it in abundance. The harvest will be as abundant as the forests of Lebanon, and the people of the cities will be as numerous as the grass of the earth." This is a beautiful prophecy from the Holy Book of Psalms (az-Zabūr, الزبور). How wonderful to think that such abundance awaits us in the future! So many things can be prepared, so many different dishes can be tried, and so many people will be fed 😊 In the meantime, I'd like to thank the staff of this cafe for their efforts and delicious food 🤍

I found a hair in my sandwich. They replaced it, but I didn't receive an apology. The staff wasn't very friendly. I felt like they were looking at us as if we were the ones who had put the hair in the sandwich. Quite awkward. I won't be going back.

It was so good, the truth is, come here (shout out to Ahmed) and if you come eat here and you don't like it, I'll pay (I'm lying).

Excellent experience at Pera. The hummus was incredibly fresh and creamy, easily one of the best I’ve had, and the kebabs were perfectly cooked—juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Portions were generous and satisfying. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, a great spot if you’re in Nice and craving authentic, well-made Turkish food. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it gets a 3. The kebab was very good, but I was surprised to receive a flatbread kebab when I wanted bread. Indeed, bread is essential to a balanced kebab for me. Regards

Great food for great price. Would eat here again.

The food is good and tasty and the prices are great. But its all in french and they don’t speak english well, a bit hard to order the right thing, specially because the menu doesn’t have pictures.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. The food was also very good, both the wraps/sandwiches and the pizza.
