Absolument incroyable! I agree with other reviews that say - don't judge this place by the bar appearance. I believe I was the only non-French person there, which speaks a lot for the quality of food (not touristy). I speak French, but the server happily offered to speak English if it made it easier for me. The meal was the best I've had in Paris, and one of the best meals I've ever had! I had the escargot, confit de canard, and the choco ivoire - all were amazing! Service was also spectacular. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Very good food. It's interesting that the menu has kangaroo steak (that's what we ordered. The meat is very tender, but it's a shame that the vegetables they gave were greasy in oil, fresh would have been best) Of course there were very good snails. I am also satisfied with the service, friendly, courteous and fast. There were a lot of people at the bar and it was noisy, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the food. I recommend this place

Slow down, try to capture the mood of the moment, let yourself be seduced by a bouncing animal, then the music... The snail turns on the turbo and intoxicates you until the last shot goes around its shell. A sloppy parenthesis (with the kiss)

This was our first experience eating escargot, and it was delicious. The main entrees were great as well. We had the duck and kangaroo. Beware that the bar opens at five, but dining begins at 6:30
