Very quiet hotel, well located. Friendly welcome. Good food with local products. We had a great time.

Séjour 1/2 pension, 4 jours. Hôtel agréable , très calme car à l'écart de la route nationale, propre. Très bon restaurant ( cuisine maison avec produits locaux ) dans une salle agréable, grand choix de vins. Bon accueil, attentionné. Bien situé à deux pas des principaux sentiers de randonnée des puys. Bref, une bonne adresse.

Small charming hotel in the village of Saint Jacques des Blats. From the welcome, to the meals and the room, everything was perfect. The manager couple takes great care of their customers. The rooms are clean, the bedding is quality, and the meals were excellent. I highly recommend this establishment to all travelers passing through the region.

Hello everyone We were lucky enough to come across the Escoundillou hotel in St Jacques at the last minute and sometimes we say to ourselves that there are still real professionals in the knowledge of accommodation in France. What could be more reassuring than arriving unexpectedly following a reservation elsewhere which turned out to be tricky, to say the least, and discovering a haven of peace where upon arrival everything becomes positive. First of all, the welcome, attentive, the small but absolutely clean room as well as the adjoining bathroom and an availability which reflects the well-being of the customer above all. All this for a more than reasonable price and if you wish, a restaurant which offers a fairly diverse menu. Whether you are a hiker or not, you will not regret this stay lulled by the gentle murmur of a small aperitif river

Hôtel de montagne tenu par un couplé de jeunes très motivés. J'ai adoré mon séjour de 4 nuitees, surtout le restaurant de l'hôtel et les conseils. Chambre propre, literie nickel. Prix raisonnable. Parking facile d'accès. Petit bémol la tv qui émet plus par tempête. Salle de jeux. Goûtez leur fondue de Saint nectaire une tuerie. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux.
